  I don't know what everyone else is commenting about because my experience at Galileo was incredible. The waiters were fast and fun and the food was breathtaking. I have eaten more than ten times at this restaurant and each meal has competed for the "best ever" position. Honestly, the food here is unparalleled by anything I have ever eaten. I love the prime rib and the macaroni bolognese especially. The latter is not a wildly original dish, but it just goes to show that you don't have to order the most complicated or expensive item on the menu to enjoy something that tastes great. The people who have left negative comments here need to stop worrying about how they think something is overpriced because ultimately they are only taking away from their own experience. By constantly evaluating the price of the meal they are predisposing themselves to be underwhelmed. Take my advice: don't think like "this costs x amount of money therefore it must be overpriced," but instead approach your experience like "I have the privilege to eat at one of the finest restaurants in Spain with one of the best cooks in Spain." I guarantee your meal will be delicious. This restaurant is the best in Galicia and it is definitely a must if your plans take you anywhere remotely near it.

  Lo exquisito se paga y se disfruta. Buen sitio para celebrar lo que sea. Merece la pena ir.
